NEW 2019-2020 RIDERSHIP PROGRAM
The Weld Re-8 School District is now offering a new Ridership Program on a space available basis to students in Grades K-12 who are not currently eligible for transportation bus service under District Policy EEA. Kindergarten Parents must be present at designated stops for AM pick-up and PM drop-offs.
Available seats will be filled on a first come, first serve basis determined by the bus routes and capacity of the vehicle.
The Ridership Program is designed for students who reside within the walk area of their school, live outside of School District boundaries, or attend a District School other than their assigned boundary school. Applicants who are granted ridership status must access designated route stops (new stop locations will not be created for riderships).
Applications will not be accepted before the first day of school (August 12, 2019). Requests will be processed based on the date and time received. Space is limited. Transportation will begin releasing ridership seats the week of September 9th.
Please contact the Weld Re-8 Transportation Department if you have any questions regarding the 2019-2020 Ridership Program at 303-857-7370.
